Get the column statistics of a table.

Parameters: table_path – Path ObjectPath of the table.
Returns: The column statistics CatalogColumnStatistics of the given table.
Raise: CatalogException in case of any runtime exception. TableNotExistException if the table does not exist in the catalog.
